Privacy Policy
This policy explains how JMCR LIMITED (“we”, “us”) handles personal data in connection with this website, joaorodrigues.co.uk.
Who we are
JMCR LIMITED is the data controller. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16139669. Our registered office is The Old Bakery, 90 Camden Road, Tunbridge Wells, England, TN1 2QP. You can contact us at business@joaorodrigues.co.uk.
What this website collects
We collect nothing through this website. It runs no analytics, tracking or advertising scripts, has no forms and loads no third-party content.
The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes standard request data, such as IP address, browser type and request time, to serve the site and to protect it from abuse and automated traffic. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure.
Cookies
We do not set any cookies, and we do not read or use the cookies described here.
The only cookies you may receive on this site are set by Cloudflare, our hosting provider. They are used solely for cyber security: to protect the site from automated attacks, scraping and abuse. They are not used for analytics, tracking, advertising or profiling, and they are not shared with us.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
__cf_bm | Cloudflare | Bot protection: tells people apart from automated traffic | After 30 minutes of inactivity |
cf_clearance | Cloudflare | Records that you passed a security check, so you are not asked again straight away. Set only if a check was shown | Shortly after the check, typically 30 minutes |
These cookies are strictly necessary to keep the site secure, so UK law does not require your consent for them, and there is no cookie banner. You can block or delete them in your browser settings. The site still works, although you may be asked to complete a short security check. Cloudflare explains these cookies in its own cookie policy.
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include in the message. We use this only to reply and, where relevant, to set up and run a contract with you. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or steps taken before entering into a contract. We keep correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose, and for as long as the law requires for business and tax records.
We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.
Links to other sites
